The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may NOT book for another person. - No drugs - No party -No Pets in or around the house - No Smoking in or around the house. Cigarette monitors are installed in the home. A $200/day penalty will be incurred if any signs or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. - Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guests. - We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal or any part of the plumbing is damaged or clogged during the guest's stay, the guest will be responsible for the plumber's fee at check out. - All items in the house have been accounted for, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest at check out. - Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. -Damaged or severely stained linens and carpet will be billed to the guests at check out. -Please be mindful when moving oversized items into the rooms. Damaged doors and walls will be charged to the guest at checkout.

Fantastic stay! The house was very clean with three separate rooms. We were impressed by how well-stocked it was—kitchen supplies, spices, board games, beach gear, and even laundry soap! It made our trip so much easier. Plus, the private parking spot was a huge plus for security. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this thoughtful host!
