It's a Basement Granny Flat. -It's also a walking distance of restaurants, a 15-minute drive to San Diego Zoo, the airport is approx 18 mins drive, and malls are 10 mins away. -Bedroom 1 has a full-size bed, that fits 2 people. -The 2nd bedroom has a twin-size bed bunk with a full size bed. Sleeps up to 3 people. -The washer & dryer are available for our guests. - Designated Parking Space for our guest. -We welcome and accommodate short and long-term stays. *Please note this is a duplex with tenants below the unit. -Check-in is available after 4 pm. *Please note, last-minute or same-day booking checking is 5:30 pm. Our cleaning crew schedules the calendar the evening prior. - Once Booked, Information for the guest tab will have Guest Manual & How To Instructions of the home. *Please contact Host for more information. - Guests must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may NOT book for another person. - No drugs - No party -No Pets in or around the house - No Smoking in or around the house. Cigarette monitors are installed in the home. A $200/day penalty will be incurred if any signs or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. - Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guests. - We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal or any part of the plumbing is damaged or clogged during the guest's stay, the guest will be responsible for the plumber's fee at check out. - All items in the house have been accounted for, any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest at check out. - Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. -Damaged or severely stained linens and carpet will be billed to the guests at check out. -Please be mindful when moving oversized items into the rooms. Damaged doors and walls will be charged to the guest at checkout. -City Trash collection is every Friday 7 am-11 am. Guests are responsible to bring the trash bins to the front of the house if their stay overlaps with the trash collection day. - Quiet time is 9 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without a refund.

The neighborhood is centrally located in San Diego. Ralphs shopping center within 1 mile and CVS is a 5 min drive. Across from the house is a great Pancake house that opens at 7 am. Try the Tako Factory Taqueria a block away for Lunch. A lot of food choices on El Cajon Blvd.

Lovely house. I especially like the very large entry where you can take off shoes, place bags after shopping, and store things. The beds are very comfortable, the shower has good water pressure, and the kitchen is large. Neighborhood is very quiet despite being conveniently close to a commercial boulevard (El Cajon). Host responds quickly. Would definitely stay there again!
