Please note that there may be new and updated pieces of furniture and decor that differ from the original pictures. Rest assured that the sleeping arrangements will remain the same or even be improved. Our primary goal is to provide you with the best overall experience during your stay. During the summer months, it can get hot in Hawaii. We have air conditioning units in the living room and Bedroom 1. These units need to be turned off daily to reset and ensure the coolant works properly. We recommend turning them off when not in use. In the loft, we have an AC/Air Evaporator. To use it, open the unit, pour water to the fill line, and add ice cubes or ice packs. This will blow cold air and keep the loft cool throughout the day. The AC/Air Evaporator also needs to be turned off when not in use and must always have water to function properly.

House Rules

- Guests must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may NOT book for another person. -No pets -No shoes inside - Please keep Sand outside and off the furniture - No drugs - No party - No Smoking in or around the house. Cigarette monitors are installed in the home. A $200/day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. - Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guests. -Please be careful when using the dishwasher. Do not force the latch closed, as this can cause damage to the appliance. If any damage occurs or if repairs are needed, there will be a minimum charge of $100 for the repair, which may increase depending on the extent of the issue. - We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If the garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guests, the guest will be charged for a plumber's fee. - All items in the house have been accounted for, any item removed from the premises will charge to the guest. - Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. - Quiet time is 9 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without a refund. -If there are any concerns during your stay such as but not limited to cleanliness, missing amenities, or expectations that haven’t been met, notify your host immediately so we can rectify the situation.

We had a great time staying at April’s place. It was great being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. There was a large storm that came through Kona during our last night and April was very responsive to address our concerns. Would stay here again.

We visited Kona for a mother-daughter trip and wanted a place where they three of us could all stay together and be close to local activities. April’s condo was perfect for that. The location couldn’t be better - walking distance to restaurants, shops, and an easy drive to nearby excursions. My sister and I stayed in the loft while our mom had the downstairs bedroom, and having two bathrooms made everything comfortable. The upstairs loft area brings in a lot of light in the AM but a sleep mask solved that problem for someone who likes it dark to sleep. The kitchen was well equipped, and if we’d stayed longer, we would have happily cooked more meals there. April was an outstanding host - responsive, proactive, and thoughtful. She made check‑in, parking, and check‑out incredibly easy with clear communication throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo.

Had a great stay at April’s place! It was pretty central to everything we wanted to do and close to a bunch of convenience stores. The instructions to get to the place were very detailed and we didn’t run into any issues!! Having a dedicated parking spot was also very convenient. Our family of 5 adults all slept super comfortably! One thing to note, the bunk bed area gets a little warm, but we moved one of the portable fans close to the area and it wasn’t an issue after that. Also, getting in/out of the top bunk was a bit of a challenge so we just didn’t sleep up there. It’s about a 1.5 hour drive to the black sand beach, 45 minutes to Hapuna beach, and an easy start point for the long but scenic drive to Volcanos National Park. Overall, we had a great time and we would for sure come back!!

We had a great stay at April’s place! The location is centrally located and has great walkability. The condo had everything we needed - beach toys, umbrella, coolers, etc for easy beach days with the kiddos. We even met the next door neighbors who were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend! The stay was great and accommodated our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) very well, with everyone getting a real bed. Space was nice to have enough room to relax in the evening and kitchen was fully stocked. Also a plus was that there were enough supplies (toilet paper, dish soap etc) for us not to have to go to the store, which was a plus for our 5 day stay. There were shops, restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance, but also a lot in short driving distances too. April was very helpful and responsive.
