Perfect for couples & small families, you can walk to village shops & restaurants, find snow gear rentals nearby, and hit the slopes just a quick 9-minute drive away. After an exhilarating day on the slopes, unwind & soothe your muscles in the hot tub. Inside, stream shows on the TV, play board games, and make marshmallows by the firepit for a cozy mountain getaway.

Gear up for the snow season and plan your adventures! A quick 9-minute drive on Big Bear Lake Blvd will take you to Snow Summit. Along the way, you'll find delightful breakfast spots, as well as plenty of coffee and tea cafes to fuel your day. No need to worry about packing food; Big Bear offers nearby grocery stores, and you can dine at the ski resorts during breaks. Rentals are readily available for your convenience. Our cozy space covers 600 sq feet and includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bathroom connects directly to the bedroom, creating a master retreat ambiance. For added flexibility, the portable twin-size bed can be pushed together to make a large king-size bed. The home is equipped with central air, ensuring comfort on both cold and hot days. You can enjoy the ambiance of a gas fireplace, which accommodates regular wood and dura flame logs for your convenience. Please note that the maximum occupancy is limited to 3 guests, and in compliance with city regulations, we offer parking space for only 1 car in the driveway.

House Rules

Check-in is available after 3 pm. *Please note, last-minute or same-day booking checking is 5:30 pm. Our cleaning crew schedules the calendar the evening prior. - Once Booked, Information for the guest tab will have Guest Manual & How To Instructions of the home. *Please contact Host for more information. - Guests must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may NOT book for another person. - No drugs - No party -No Pets in or around the house Due to Severe allergies. - No Smoking in or around the house. Cigarette monitors are installed in the home. A $200/day penalty will be incurred if any signs or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. - Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guests. - We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal or any part of the plumbing is damaged or clogged during the guest's stay, the guest will be responsible for the plumber's fee at check out. - All items in the house have been accounted for, any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest at check out. - Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. -Damaged or severely stained linens and carpet will be billed to the guests at check out. -Please be mindful when moving oversized items into the rooms. Damaged doors and walls will be charged to the guest at checkout. - Quiet time is 9 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without a refund. -If there are any concerns during your stay such as but not limited to cleanliness, missing amenities, or expectations that haven’t been met, notify your host immediately so we can rectify the situation. Please be aware that an additional cleaning fee of $65 may be charged if the property or hot tub requires a deep clean due to excessive dirt or mess. $50 per key or lock that is missing.

Guest Access

Parking is available anywhere on the gravel driveway for your convenience. To access the front door, simply ascend the stairs on the deck. We kindly request that you keep all snow gear equipment on the deck to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our cozy mountain retreat. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Cutest little cabin, very clean/organized. April was super responsive, attentive, friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out process was very detailed but smooth. The hot tub/spa was definitely a highlight!
